International shipping

All sales are final — no returns or exchanges for change of mind
If your piece arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery at hello@candereclay.com with:
- Photos of the damaged piece
- Photos of the packaging including the box and any visible exterior damage
- Candere Clay will review and respond within 3 business days
Resolutions may include replacement or refund depending on circumstances
No refunds will be offered for pieces that have been used

All pieces are individually wheel thrown and hand finished
Slight variation in glaze, form, dimensions, and surface texture are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects
