Armillaria Luminary Lamp

7”H x 3.5”W (approximately)

Braided cloth power cord with dimmer. G9 socket.

Pure white fine porcelain lamp hand-thrown super thin then hand carved for maximum glowing translucence. Completely unique and one-of-a-kind, this luminous solace may have cousins but never a twin. Each stage of creating this creamy, candescent sculpture is an exercise is presence and intention. Breathing slows with each pull of the clay, thinning the walls and shaping the delicate form. Smooth strokes of even pressure carve intentional designs for a stunning illuminated experience.

Handmade one-of-a-kind art. Even the finest porcelains may have minor impurities. Embrace the perfect imperfection of nature.

This one-of-a-kind piece has been hand-thrown, carefully turned, delicately carved, fired in a kiln, glazed (or left unglazed), and fired in a kiln once more.

All photographs taken in north-facing natural light.

Delicately carved fine porcelain. Please handle with care.
